Creatine an Protein
Hey,
I recently got creatine there and am coming to the end of the loading phase now(2 days to go)…but i ordered whey protein to today and am planning to use them both together…i’m just wondering if anyone can get me advice on the best times to take these?
I work 9-5 and usually would be at the gym by 5:10 and was personally thinking of taking:
-Protein 1st thing in the morning.
-Creatine at lunch time
-Then protein after my workout
Does this sound ok, or are there better times to take these?
