Muscle Knots
I have this knot in the middle of my left trap and it seems to get aggravated a bit every time I seem to work out my shoulders but it seems most prevalent when I take more then 2 days off from working out… I was seeing a physio and eventually a chiro for more then a year and nothing. Obviously it’s not hindering my progression at the gym but it’s more of an annoyance factor. Might seem like a wild theory but I developed a major clicking in my elbow after falling on the wrestling mats and I have random soreness above my elbow now and then and it seems if the knot is connected to the elbow soreness. Could it involve nerves? Appreciate any suggestions as to how to get rid of the knot. Thanks
