My AX stack..Mass FX Max Stength & Hyperdrol X2..Do Work!

Ive decided to do a log of the next 8 weeks during which Ill be using AX’s Mass FX max strength and Hyperdrol X2. This is the first stack Ive ever tried so Im pretty excited to see how I respond!

First, here’s some background info. Ive been working out for 3 years now. I started at 185 and bulked my way up to 225 in 2 years. I really didnt have much of a diet plan besides eat a lot. I put on a lot of muscle but also some fat. A couple months ago I decided to shed some of the fat so I started my first cut.

After tons of research, I decided to give keto a try. Well, it worked! I lost 20lbs in about 6 weeks. Now Im doing tkd instead of ckd which only means I started adding 30g wms intra wo and I dont have carb up days anymore. Ive grown so used to eating keto foods that I really dont want to swith back to a regular 40/40/20. So what Ive decided to try is a keto bulk to get the most out of the stack. I plan on sticking with the keto macros, 60/35/5, but I will be eating 500 cals more than I have been which will put me around 3200. If I feel like Im putting on fat I will cut back a little but I may decide to up the cals even more, we’ll just have to see.

My current work out routine looks like this:
mon- chest/tri’s
tues- abs/legs (hams, quads, calves)
wed- off
thurs- shoulders
fri- back/bi’s
sat- off
sun- off

Now, on with the good stuff!
My dosing of both products will look like this:

for mon,tues, wed.
1 mass fx and 1 hdx2 in morning @ 8:30
2 mass fx and 1 hdx2 pre workout @3pm
1 mass fx and 2 hdx2 before bed @ 11pm

for thurs and fri.
1 mass fx and 1 hdx2 in morning @ 8:30
1 mass fx and 1 hdx2 in afternoon @ 1pm
2 mass fx pre workout @ 6:30pm
2 hdx2 before bed @ 11pm

for sat and sun.
1 mass fx and 1 hdx2 @ 11am
1 mass fx and 1 hdx2 @ 3pm
1 mass fx and 1 hdx2 @ 7 pm
1 mass fx and 1 hdx2 @ 11 pm

I know its a little different but my schedule is different throughout the week so i thought I would modify my dosing to match. My other supplements include: ast 32x multi vit, ON’s fish oil caps, and ON’s casein and whey proteins. I also drink atleast 1 gallon of water every day.

I started yesterday. My total cals were 3000 and I weighed in at 207. Here is what my work out looked like:

db front and lateral raises (supersets)- 10×6
20lbx10, 25lbx10, 30lbx10 (for both)

bent over reverse db flys- 10×3
20lbx10, 25lbx10, 30lbx10

military presses 10×3
95lbx10, 135lbx10, 135lbx10

cable lateral raises 10×3
20bx10, 25lbx10, 25lbx10

hammer strength press 8×3
90lbx8, 180lbx8, 180lbx8

rear delt machine(pec dec reversed) 10×3
130lbx10, 150lbx10, 170lbx10

machine lateral raises (I call it the funky chicken machine) 3×10
not sure of the weight, just whatever I could handle for last set

I drank my 30g wms during the wo and 25g ON whey immediately after. It was a good wo. I didnt feel anything from the mass fx hdx2 but I didnt expect to yet. I cant wait for this stuff to start kicking in!
