i need help
hi everyone, im new here. i would like some advice on a workout schedule. i have "played" around in the gym for a few years now, with little results. i go to the gym in the morning(usually on an empty stomach) i only use machines rather than free weights (there’s always a bunch of monsters in the free weight section of my gym) i do 1 muscle a day, mon-fri , followed by 30-60 of cardio. i have been doing this for some time now with little results. can someone give me some advice? by the way i am 34yo a smoker( im trying to quit) 5′10 200 lbs
