How the **** do they do it?

Im ordering hdrol and was wondering if it was ok to stack it with BOLD? Would it hurt or is hdrol good enough by itself?

This is from what I posted about it in the misc.. don’t seem to be many people in there who care tho.

I always hear rice,oats, etc. as some of the big bulk foods
Is it ok to have whole wheat pasta(almost every day) for bulking? Are there any flaws with it? The way I see it is.. high cals, low fat, high protein
